  Hands down, the best roast beef sandwiches in New England. Better than Kelly's, Bill and Bob's, Nick's, any of them. Sliced the thinnest, and the tenderest you've ever had.

  I never had an issue with their service until the past week or two. A couple weeks ago I got a pickup order that took an odd amount of time (told 25 minutes on phone it was like 55 minutes) this was the middle of the afternoon and not busy. No big deal, regular pizza place stuff. Then I ordered a 2 liter of ginger ale with my lunch about a few days ago and I got a 20 oz sparkling lemon water. The guy offered to go back and get the ginger ale but at that point I just said forget it and kept the lemon water. It sucked. My food was also cold and it took too long. Last night I ordered a cheese pizza and 2 liter of gingerale. I was told 'no more than 35 minutes'. After an hour went by I called and said hey I never got my pizza and it's been an hour. Guy is like oh it's on it's way. 15 minutes later it shows up. Cold. We were so hungry we ate it anyway. OK so maybe they were busy, this is Sammy's, I love these guys. I call them today and try to get a delivery order. Can you hold on a minute? Sure. Then I proceed to hear the guy take 3 orders including a phone order that called after me. So I hung up. They called me back a few minutes later and normally I would pick up and order but instead I decided to cook a bag of instant rice and call it a day.

  Do not eat from this establishment, in my opinion. In my opinion, they only care about money!!!! I called and got a large roast beef plate! The food was cold and that should have rang some alarm bells, unfortunately I was hungry.....I ate the roast beef and it was a big mistake!!! The worst case of food poisoning I have ever seen and I am in the medical field! Every blood vessel was popped from throwing so hard! When I called to talk about it, they hung up on me!!! Real classy joint...;(

  I fully enjoyed their subs. Decent prices and wonderful staff. Finely a place that cares for their customers.

  Good food but horrible customer service ! I’ve been ordering for the past 4 weeks almost every night, tonight i ordered 30 min before close said 45 min delivery . After an hour of no one coming i called they were closed , kept calling finally get an answer. They said my driver came an called and knocked on my door. Not one knock an not one call from them. The guy on the phone was super rude yelling saying he came he came now he left there’s nothing they can do about it. Working in the food industry i would never do that ! Just cause everyone wanted to go home they should have said that on the phone that they were not doing delivery , or did something for there mistake. They handled that very poorly, never had a problem with them before contacting me until tonight when everyone wanted to leave. I’m glad someone enjoyed my food 😡 Reading threw reviews I’m not the only one this has happened to
